Shipping policy

The HEMPY’S return policy is based upon the motto ‘Do the Right Thing’. Essentially, if you have a problem, we’ll do our best to fix it. Here is what this means in practice

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color of the same item, simply return the unwashed item to us at the address below. Make sure that you include your original invoice so that we know where to ship the exchange item. Please include a note that clearly describes what size or color you would like us to send as a replacement. As soon as we receive the return item, we will mail you the exchange item immediately.

Delivery

All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. You should receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. All retail orders within the continental United States have a flat rate of $6.95 shipping unless it is over $70. All orders within the continental United States over $70 receive free shipping.

Returns & Refunds

If you receive an item from HEMPY’S you are unsatisfied with for any reason, it may be exchanged or returned for a complete product price refund. If you wish to return an item for any reason, please send the unwashed item to the address below. We will issue you a refund for the full price of the item as soon as we receive the returned item. Please include your original invoice, or your name address and approximate date of purchase so that we can find your original order.
