Free Shipping Rules

Free ground shipping applies to all orders of $70 or more for continental United States. This offer is based on the merchandise subtotal before any promo discounts, taxes, shipping costs or additional charges. Hempy’s has the right to change this offer at any time. Shipments to foreign countries, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO Military Addresses do not qualify for free shipping.

Q: Can I expedite my shipping?

A: As part of a special promotion, we offer free ground shipping on all orders over $70. You may also upgrade to USPS express services for an additional charge. Orders must be placed before 2 P.M. PST in order to ensure delivery within 1, 2 or 3 business days if you chose to upgrade your shipment to express service. Orders that are placed between 2 P.M. PST on Friday and 11:59 P.M. PST on Sunday (or during a holiday) will be shipped on the next business day and delivered within 1, 2 or 3 business days after that. This promotion is available only if shipping to a location within the 48 contiguous US states serviced by USPS (for example, it is not available if shipping to a PO box).

Q: Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

A: Yes, we ship to both PO boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Q: What do you charge for standard shipping?

A: Our standard 2 to 4 business-day shipping is free on orders over $70.00. We do offer expedited shipping for a fee. All other standard orders are 7.00 to ship in the US. By USPS Priority mail. All orders placed on the weekend, or after business hours will be processed the next business day.

Hempy’s is not responsible for any item that has been delivered but not received by the customer. If the item has been shipped to the address indicated by the customer, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items. The customer must contact the carrier with the provided shipping information and work directly with the carrier. We will work with customers to resolve incorrect shipments when is at fault.

Q: What is the status of my order?

A: Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed. Unless the order is placed on a weekend, then it will be available the next business day. Simply click on the “My Account” link at the top of every page of our site, and you will be able to view information about your order, If you checked out as a guest this info will not be available, you will need to send us and email to [email protected] to get the status of your order. Our system also sends a “ship confirmation email” out as soon as it ships from our warehouse with a tracking number that you can click on to get the status of your order and when it will arrive.

Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?

A: For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 2-5 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Hempy’s ships outside of the United States to select countries.

Q: What is your return policy?

Hempy’s will take back any undamaged good for any reason and do an exchange or full refund. Simply return the item, undamaged, or washed to:

Please include your original invoice so that we can credit your account properly. If you do not have the invoice please include your name and address. If you are exchanging an item please let us know what size/color etc. you would like to exchange it for.
