HEMPY’S Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

The HEMPY’S return policy is based upon the motto ‘Do the Right Thing’. Essentially, if you have a problem, we’ll do our best to fix it. Here is what this means in practice:

EXCHANGES: If you need to exchange an item for a different size, style or color, email us for a Return Authorization # and then ship us the unused goods you want to exchange. Include a note that clearly describes what you would like us to exchange the item for. Include a credit card # for any additional charge or refund due. You pay shipping back to us and we pay shipping back to you.

RETURNS/REFUNDS: If you receive an item from HEMPY’S you are unsatisfied with it may be exchanged or returned for a complete product price refund. Please email us for a Return Authorization #. You are responsible for return shipping. If the item has a defect or other problem that is an error on the part of HEMPY’S we will refund you for the product purchase price AND the return shipping expenses (pre-approved shipping method only). Any claims of defects or shortages should be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Please e-mail (tribe@hempys.com) or call 1-844-HEMPYS1 (436-7971) our office to obtain a return authorization number for any defective merchandise. Items returned without an RA# may be refused. Approved returns will be replaced or exchanged for similar merchandise. All claims of defects or shortages should be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
